Grant Application

Passion, purpose and community perfectly sum up the Lakewood Ranch Community Foundation’s vision for the region. We’re vehemently committed to enhancing the lives of the people who live here – and that’s accomplished through the generous donations of those who give here. Together, with your partnership alongside our organization, we can further foster a sense of community in Lakewood Ranch and east Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Since LWRCF’s first grant cycle in 2002, more than $1.47 million has been distributed to 400-plus nonprofit organizations listed below. And, with your help, we can continue to grow this life-changing program that has a legacy of effectively addressing the needs of children to families – even people close to you.
